Important Filing Dates to Remember, Be Prepared!

• S-Corporations, Partnerships and Multi-Member LLC’s returns are filed by March 15th.
• W-2’s and 1099’s were due by January 31st
• C Corporation 1120 Tax Filings (Fiscal Year) These forms are due 3 and ½ months after the end of the corporation's tax year.
• If your fiscal year ending for your corporation was September 31st, your tax return was due January 15th.
• Revoked S Corporation Status: If you have not yet received the confirmation from the IRS, plan on filing an extension before March 15th. You can file an extension once a year.

Hello everyone, I wanted to introduce myself and let you know how much the rest of the team and I appreciate all of you. A little about me; I am the second of 11 children and learned a lot about teamwork growing up. As the second oldest I had a lot of responsibilities with raising the other kids and learned how to work hard and do my part.

Throughout my career as a Realtor, Life Insurance Agent, and former Sales Tax Auditor I have experienced a lot of things that have made me question the way things are done.
