Ron Mayo was born in California but has lived in Utah since he was about 4 years old. Ron has been married to his wife Chelsea for 27 years and has 6 children, 4 girls first then 2 boys that came at the end.
During the summer of 1986 Ron worked on a dairy farm in Idaho so between physical labor on the dairy farm and taking care of a bunch of wild and crazy kids he definitely learned how to work hard.
Ron’ got his Real Estate License in 1999. Recently Ron got certified as a Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor.
Ron is passionate about helping Non-Profit Organizations raise funds to help the people they serve. Currently Ron is the President of Pratt and LeFevre Corporation and helps business owners set up their structures to get the best tax advantages and legal protection for their assets.

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I attended West High School and Utah Technical College. I served in the US Navy Reserve aboard the USS Buck destroyer.
I have been a burglar alarm installer, an electronic technician at Sperry Unisys, and a self-employed self-taught mechanic. My most satisfying career was as the Electronic Communications Manager at Utah Transit Authority for 32 years.
My wife and daughter started a business in 1997, manufacturing and selling herbal health care products for animals. I was asked to help the company with its technical requirements and become part-owner. I worked for UTA until 2009 before retiring to spend more time assisting my partners at Amber Technology (later renamed Amber Naturalz.)


Ron Haycock bought his first business in 1974 and have owned several others since then. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and took courses from the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute in Forensic Auditor – Mortgage. He has been a Real Estate investor since 1977 and a licensed Mortgage Broker from 1995 to 2005.
He was an IRS Approved Tax Preparer from 1985 to 2013.
Ron has been involved in the formation of and initial management of over 600 small businesses and is currently Sr. Management Accountant with Pratt and LeFevre Corporation, Management Accountants since 2008. He also owns All West Management Services.

In addition to being an attorney (see above), Sarah is a licensed and certified trainer in the BANK methodology, the only personality system in the world which is scientifically validated to close more sales in less time. Although BANK was created as a sales tool, it is applicable in all inter-personal relationships and Sarah uses her knowledge to not only assist her with her communication with clients and opposing counsel but to train her clients in how to improve their communication with others.

Boyd Petersen is a best selling author, trainer, speaker & certified marketing coach and has owned several businesses and has been involved with many chambers, both state and national press associations and loves networking with other business owners. He has taught sales and marketing all over the U.S. For 16 years he owned the community newspapers in the Salt Lake valley and has owned a digital marketing agency since 2006.
Boyd is a powerful presenter on social and digital media, marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship. He currently owns Big Picture Media, a digital and social media agency.

Jim Carroll has been a daredevil all his life. He skydives, dives and swims with sharks, loves to stay on the edge and has owned and sold several businesses.
Jim is a serial entrepreneur and always has a side hustle going, just in case.
Jim recently (15+ years) has been working with SEO and website building. He loves to stay up to the minute with what Google is doing and is known as an expert in the SEO field. He presents often as a trainer to help people understand SEO, websites and landing pages.
Jim is very involved in the community, has two dogs and loves having bears and other critters come hang out at his house.


Clay Neves is Vice President and CRO at Universal Accounting Center. He has 34 years of Sales Management experience across a variety of businesses and client sales campaigns.
Clay is a former Chamber of Commerce President and expert in relationship sales. He grew the seminar sales channel by 963% over 4 years leading to an INC 500 award for the company. He has helped thousands throughout the US and Canada start and grow their own small businesses.
Clay has focused on empowering small business owners who do not come from a sales background to be as powerful in attracting, converting, and retaining clients as they are in serving them.
