Ron was born in Fontana California in 1970, but has lived in Utah most of his life. He did all of his schooling through High School in Pleasant Grove, Utah then attended what is now Utah Valley University. Ron graduated with an Associates degree in Electronic and Computer Technology in 1993 then returned to school several years later and graduated in 2003 with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Ron got his Life, Health, and Property and Casualty Insurance licenses in 1993, then his Real Estate license in 1999 and is passionate about helping other people any way he can.
Ron has a lot of experience that helps him at Pratt and LeFevre including being a Sales Tax Auditor for the State of Utah for 4 ½ years, a Realtor since 1999, and a Life Insurance Agent. Ron has also been a mentor for Entrepreneur Launchpad.
Ron has been married to the love of his life, Chelsea, since 1993 and they have 6 children, 4 girls first and 2 boys that finally came at the tail end. He is totally in love with his 3 Grandsons and his Granddaughter and can’t get enough time with them.

Daniel grew up in a family of skilled entrepreneurs including carpenters, landscapers, and computer engineers. He got to see firsthand what did and did not work in running a business. From a young age he made sure to tag along and learn the skills his family members had mastered.
Daniel always had a sense for business and leadership. Starting at 16 he was a supervisor for an Arizona Jamba Juice. At 17 he opened his first business in landscaping. With the help of his brother and a business attorney he turned that business into a very profitable company.
At 18, while still running his landscaping business, he took on a revenue manager position at a local amusement park. Not long after, he opened his second business building sheds and playhouses. This business soon turned from mere sheds and playhouses to a successful contracting business. Daniel sold his interest in both these businesses to pursue a service opportunity in Russia in 2009, but that was not the end of his business experience.
Throughout his young adult life, Daniel continued to take on multiple management positions and successfully open businesses. During this time Daniel Studied Business and Financial Economics at Utah State University. He then went on to study Law at the University of Idaho and graduated early with his Juris Doctorate and a Business Law and Entrepreneurship Emphasis with a focus in Enterprise Organization.
As an Attorney, Daniel spent time as a prosecutor to gain valuable litigation experience while also devoting spare time to pro-bono representation of struggling small businesses. After the demand for his business services grew to be too much for his free time, he left the prosecutor’s office and opened his own firm, Hansen Legal, where he now devotes his time leading businesses to success.

Adam Wardel is an operational minded and results-oriented Attorney with more than 8 years of success across the legal, technology, and banking industries. Jay attended Brigham Young University, where he graduated in 1987 with his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting.
Jay first started working in Corporate America for Farm Management Company in Salt Lake City. He was able to gain a great deal of experience as he was assigned multiple farming projects that ran independent of each other. He was able to learn a lot about accounting principles and how to apply them. After almost 5 years, he accepted a position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia working closely with the Boeing Group. He learned a great deal about International accounting, including working with Letter of Credit and Letters of Guarantees. Upon his return to the States, he worked again for a small corporation getting the books set up and organized. He then started his own accounting practice concentrating on helping Small Businesses, providing them an affordable accounting solution. He continued to help small businesses as he accepted an accounting position working for Tahitian Noni Corporation. From there he was offered the Senior Accountant Manager position at FreeLinc Inc.
Even as he worked for other companies, he continued to maintain accounting clients of his own. One of his clients introduced him to Pratt and LeFevre over 3 years ago. Upon hearing the strategies offered by P&L, he was very impressed and started referring some of his clients to P&L. He has worked closely with Ron Haycock with clients that need tax accounting assistance for filing taxes and was recently offered the Pratt and LeFevre Accounting Manager position.
Jay has been married to his wife, Taralyn, for 36 years. They have 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. They have 8 grandchildren that they are able to spend a lot of time with and truly cherish.
