Did you know the IRS is a collection agency for the government? They are tasked to find money they feel is due and collect? When dealing with the IRS, keep in mind to answer the questions they ask and do not volunteer any additional information. Always remember, what you say can and will be used against you. It is always better to have someone who understands the IRS and who has worked with the IRS work with you when dealing with the IRS.
