AI Forward Marketing: Reaching the Right People With the Right Message

Marketing today is not just about visibility. It is about precision. Businesses that embrace AI-forward marketing are able to better understand their audience, refine their messaging, and create campaigns that actually convert.

This approach removes guesswork and replaces it with insight-driven strategy. The result is more efficient ad spend, stronger engagement, and better customer relationships.

Payroll Done Right: The Backbone of Operational Success

Payroll is often seen as a routine task, but it plays a much bigger role in business success. Accurate, compliant payroll supports your team, protects your business, and ensures your financial data reflects reality.

When payroll is set up correctly, it becomes more than a function. It becomes a tool for forecasting, managing labor costs, and improving profitability.

Spotlight: Keith Owens

Keith Owens is a senior financial executive with more than 25 years of experience leading financial transformation, operational turnaround, and strategic growth across construction, trades, manufacturing, and multi-entity business environments. His career is defined by hands-on leadership in complex, underperforming, and rapidly scaling organizations where financial discipline, operational alignment, and decisive action are essential.

Keith has rebuilt financial infrastructure for construction and trade companies, implemented cash-flow stabilization programs, and led end-to-end restructuring initiatives that restored profitability and strengthened long-term viability. His expertise includes designing job-costing systems, improving WIP reporting accuracy, optimizing project-level margins, and developing forecasting models that give owners real-time visibility into performance, risk, and resource needs. He is known for stepping into chaotic or distressed environments and quickly establishing clarity, structure, and financial control.

He has successfully navigated high-pressure situations involving debt restructuring, covenant compliance, vendor negotiations, and liquidity crises. Keith partners closely with owners, field leaders, and operational teams, bridging the gap between financial strategy and day-to-day execution to ensure leadership decisions translate into measurable results in the field.

Keith also brings extensive hands-on experience managing payroll operations for both small and large multi-state workforces. He has overseen payroll restructuring, compliance alignment, certified payroll requirements, labor cost reporting, and the integration of payroll with job costing and field operations systems. His approach ensures payroll is not only accurate but also leveraged as a strategic tool for labor forecasting, margin protection, and operational decision making.

In addition to his turnaround and operational leadership, Keith has deep experience in entity structuring, asset protection, and long-term wealth preservation. He has helped business owners reduce tax exposure, protect assets from operational and legal risks, and ensure smooth transfer of wealth to beneficiaries without unnecessary taxes, litigation, or probate.

Recognized for his calm and pragmatic leadership style, Keith excels in environments that demand clarity, accountability, and rapid improvement. He brings a proven track record of stabilizing financial operations, strengthening internal controls, and guiding organizations through periods of uncertainty and transition
