PREPARE TO MEET YOUR ACCOUNTANT! | ||
First, reconcile all bank statements and accounts. Review the transactions that should have been made between your entities. This will help you create an accurate financial statement for your accountant. Your accountant can help you manage the profit from your entities. Next, make sure that all your tax documents are in order. This includes ensuring that your W-2 forms are accurate for employees. Also, locate the necessary receipts and documentation for transactions between your entities. Finally, make sure you have documented meeting minutes for each of your entities. By taking care of these things now, you can avoid any last-minute stress come tax time. |
